In your new role you will:

Define, design & validate analog/mixed signal IP blocks

for Rad Hard power management applicationsGuide physical designers

on critical aspects of the

block layout

to ensure

Rad Hard performance

and oversee behavioral modeling of the IPDocument and review

critical aspects of design architecture, implementation, and testingParticipate in top level

simulation-based verification of the ICGuide lab & test engineers

in validation and characterization of the

mixed-signal IPYour Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Presently in graduate school MS in EE

or related fieldExcellent

communication skillsEnjoy working in a

team environmentStrong understanding of

circuit design

and

semiconductor device fundamentalsExperience with

Cadence tools

a plusSelf driven and motivatedUS citizen or green card holder : This internship requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
