Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location:

Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor management.Collaborate with event managers and team members to ensure all event details are well-organized and executed seamlessly.Help with the creation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.Assist in preparing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices.Coordinate event registration and attendee management, including RSVP tracking and communication.Provide on-site support during events, including setting up and breaking down event spaces, managing registration desks, and coordinating with vendors.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and communications, to ensure event promotion and messaging align with organizational goals.Assist with post-event activities, such as attendee feedback analysis and event performance reporting.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or related field preferred.Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of event management software is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.Benefits:
