In this role, you will provide valuable support to our events team in planning and executing a wide range of corporate events. Pay range:$21.50 - $31.50 hourly

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and decorationsManage event logistics, such as attendee registration, guest lists, and transportation arrangementsAssist with event marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materialsAssist in managing event budgets and tracking expensesSupport the events team in the setup and teardown of event spacesLiaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and servicesHelp manage event-related correspondence and inquiriesSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related fieldExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event planning softwareAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededBenefits
