Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative
Events Assistant
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Your organizational skills, creativity, and ability to multitask will be key in delivering memorable and impactful events for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing events such as product launches, conferences, and brand activations.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue bookings, catering, and audiovisual setups.
Manage event timelines and ensure all milestones are met on time.
Assist with vendor management, including negotiations and contract reviews.
Support on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations from setup to teardown.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with brand and marketing goals.
Handle event-related communications with clients, partners, and attendees.
Prepare post-event reports, gather feedback, and suggest areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
