About the Role:As an
Events Assistant
at Style Netbox, you will assist in all aspects of event planning, from brainstorming to execution. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, creative environment and is ready to contribute to exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
Support in the development of event concepts and timelines.
Coordinate logistics, including transportation, equipment, and catering.
Manage on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Provide administrative support, such as preparing event materials and tracking budgets.
Troubleshoot issues during events to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is an advantage.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
