About the Role:
As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including brand launches, corporate functions, and creative campaigns. You’ll work closely with our events team to ensure every detail is perfectly executed, contributing to unforgettable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist in event planning, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor coordination.
Support the creation of event concepts, themes, and schedules to align with client goals.
Manage event logistics, such as arranging transportation, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event requirements are met on time and within budget.
Communicate with vendors and venues to confirm arrangements and troubleshoot issues.
Help set up and tear down event spaces, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
Monitor event timelines and provide support throughout the event.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in event planning or a related role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software is a plus.
