What you do:Fully knowledgeable in specific aspects of compliance and is viewed as a senior resource within the company for that particular compliance function. Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and related company policies for areas assigned. Responsible for overall program management of assigned areas, including research, change recommendations, monitoring, risk assessment, oversight and stakeholder management. Responsible for successfully leading multiple projects, simultaneously with minimal direction. Must have deep subject matter expertise in the assigned area and ability to provide technical direction to others. Fully cognizant of the broader compliance environment, both inside and outside of the department and company. May be tasked with special assignments/projects that are outside the scope of his/her day-to-day responsibilities.

Design, build and manage compliance programs designed to comply with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Investment Company Act of 1940. Leads complex and/or multiple programs and provides informal work direction to others. Manage compliance policies. Perform testing, monitoring and annual reviews.

Perform regulatory and operations risk assessments; advise business areas on risks and controls. Map and document key risks and controls.

Administer investment adviser and investment company regulatory change process. Document, track, report and work closely with business areas regarding regulatory change initiatives.

Work closely with AIM Governance Risk and Compliance team and business stakeholders regarding compliance technology utilization and compliance program documentation.

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regular interactions with senior business leaders.

What you bring:

8 - 10 years of experience required; Compliance related experience across multiple compliance disciplines and/or business lines.

Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience.
