Mercy Internal Medicine Residency Program is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible physician to join our team in Fort Smith, Arkansas for a full-time teaching faculty position within their Internal Medicine Residency Continuity Clinic at Mercy Hospital.Mercy Internal Medicine ResidencyInstruction, supervision and evaluation of residents in an outpatient/continuity clinic setting.Responsibilities may also include participation in didactic teaching, resident advising, curriculum development and resident recruitment and the possibility for inpatient teaching if desired.Teaching Affiliation with Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine with ability to have medical students in clinic with a stipend.System wide EPIC EMR.Diversity of cases due to the 13-county rural catchment area.This Position Offers:Integrated health system with a competitive income guarantee.Flexible, significant recruitment incentives tailored to your needs including sign-on/commencement bonus, resident/fellow stipends, retention bonus, etc.Comprehensive, day one benefits including health, dental, vision and CME.Retirement plans available with employer contribution and matching options.Relocation package and professional liability coverage provided.As a not-for-profit system, Mercy qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).This location is eligible for H1B sponsorship.Welcome to Fort Smith, Arkansas
