About the Role:

The Program & Alliance Management (P&AM) Associate Director directs and manages cross-functional program development planning, execution, and reporting to advance the portfolio and value of SpringWorks assets. The P&AM Associate Director also directs and manages internal and external operating activities for assigned alliances to achieve strategic and operational goals of each partnership.

Location Classification – Remote:

Officially classified as working full-time from employee's home office within the United States; with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide program management leadership and cross-functional collaboration to create, manage, and report strategic and integrated operational plans that drive alignment and seamless execution of the global product strategy from pipeline through lifecycle management.

Identify activities on critical path and key interdependencies; challenge and pressure-test assumptions; and ensure appropriate change control.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings; escalate and manage action items and risks to completion/remediation.

Direct and manage all operating activities across all alliance life cycle phases for assigned alliances by cultivating trusting relationships with partners and establishing effective peer-to-peer communication channels.

Review, track, manage, and report status, changes, and risks related to key milestones.

Facilitate effective governance, conflict resolution/problem solving while ensuring SpringWorks values are continuously exemplified in all aspects of partner relationships.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to build and submit budgets, project resourcing needs, and measure variance.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of P&AM capabilities, including tools, processes, strategies, and best practices to ensure optimal alliance management and coordination across the portfolio.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in sciences, Business Administration or related field.

Certification: CA-AM/CSAP or PMP preferred.

7 years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience.

5 years of specialized experience in R&D project management, program management, and/or alliance management.

Experience in R&D program management with deep knowledge of the biopharmaceutical development life cycle, particularly clinical development/regulatory landscape.

Experience in legal aspects of alliance work, conflict resolution, and corporate relationship management preferred.

Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization to gain trust and influence with program stakeholders.

Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays driven by business need.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is $152,250.00 - $200,000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
