About the Role:

The Global Program Lead Senior Director will be accountable for the overall vision, strategy, execution, and development deliverables for one or more SpringWorks and/or partnered global programs within the R&D department.

Location Classification – Remote:

Officially classified as working full-time from employee's home office within the United States or respected region, with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional Program Team(s) to develop, adapt and drive an integrated program strategy.

Anticipate internal and external drivers of change to program strategy and respond by making well-reasoned and rapid revisions to strategy to minimize risk and maximize opportunity.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.

Generate high quality, focused communication of program needs and recommendations to executive management to better enable decision making.

Proactively lead and identify academic/industry partnerships or business opportunities and work with appropriate functions to ensure effective execution.

Responsible for defining publication strategy and ensuring appropriate internal/external communication in accordance with corporate policy.

Build and effectively lead high performing cross-functional teams by modelling and ensuring leadership, accountability, and collaboration behaviors.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: PhD, MD or PharmD or advanced degree in biomedical sciences or one of the disciplines related to drug development.

12+ years of industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or research organization with a proven track record of drug development program leadership.

Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas of drug development and/or broad working knowledge spanning research, pre-clinical development, process development, manufacturing, clinical, and regulatory.

Strong knowledge in the Oncology area preferred.

Proven ability to lead and influence data-driven strategy planning and implementation.

Strong leadership and communication skills with success in influencing all levels cross-functionally.

Ability to assimilate data, recognize key variables and analyze complex situations to exercise sound judgments.

Experience in building a collaborative function through coaching, empowerment and driving a learning culture.

Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment.

Ability to travel occasionally including overnight stay driven by business need.

This position must be able to work East Coast hours.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is $222,789.00 - $292,500.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
