Senior Vice President, Product
(SVP, Product) at Veracode, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will lead a team of product managers and UX designers to deliver world-class software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, be a natural collaborator with the heads of marketing and sales, and a proven track record of bringing products to market that align with corporate goals.What you will be responsible for:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with Veracode’s overall business goals.Create and own the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the product vision and strategy.Responsible for collecting, incorporating, and prioritizing features, enhancements, and new product development.Maintain an up-to-date perspective on industry trends and emerging technologies.Translate strategy into deliverables that can be measured and managed.Own formation and delivery of product plan during acquisition integration.Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management and UX team.Operationalize product management processes across global teams.Attract, retain, and develop top product talent.Identify when your team needs either a builder or a do-er.Product Development & Execution:
Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.Implement agile methodologies and best practices.Prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market demand.Customer & Market Centric:
Champion the voice of the customer within the organization.Understand and advocate for customer product needs.Serve as a thought leader at industry events and with key customers.Results Driven:
Set and manage product budgets.Monitor key cross-functional metrics to assess product performance.Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate across all stakeholders of the product development life cycle.Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.Work closely with engineering and architecture leadership.Engage with the customer success team for successful onboarding and adoption.Required Skills:
Experience:
15+ years of product management experience, including 5 years in a c-level leadership role.Proven track record of leading the development and launch of complex cloud software products.Location:
Role is hybrid with an expectation of working in the Burlington office three days a week.Skills:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends and technologies.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.Expertise in agile development methodologies.Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.What we offer you:
