Job Summary:
The Branch Manager directs and administers the operational efforts of a branch, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. They oversee the provision of services to members and prospective members, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery. Responsibilities include training, directing, and supervising branch staff to maximize revenues, sales, member satisfaction, and minimize operational losses. The Branch Manager also focuses on deepening existing relationships, reducing customer attrition, and successfully implementing promotional campaigns and product initiatives at the branch level.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and train licensed mortgage loan originators and support staff.
Ensure origination of high-quality loans.
Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and customers.
Administer sales function for the branch.
Lead Mortgage Loan Origination staff.
Coach and motivate Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve growth and profitability, establishing production goals and ensuring proficiency with Gmail and Google Docs.
Provide superior customer service to present and potential customers.
Develop new business and strengthen existing relationships by understanding customer needs and selling appropriate products.
Maintain knowledge of industry policies, trends, and company procedures.
Foster collaboration with Operations and Secondary Marketing departments.
Assist in maintaining below-industry average loan delinquency and default rate.
Essential Functions:
Develop, implement, manage, and report on area business plans and budgets.
Foster new business relationships and opportunities.
Promote corporate goals and values through leadership.
Facilitate business opportunities.
Recruit and develop qualified staff within approved budgets.
Proficiency in Epps, Encompass, and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
Four or more years of management experience in mortgage lending is required.
Minimum two years of related experience in the mortgage industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.

$80,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
