Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our agency, you will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service, and helping to maintain the smooth functioning of our office.
Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time position working in our office located in Cape Coral, Fl location.
Professional Responsibilities :Handling incoming client calls and routing calls to appropriate personnel.Retrieve/Scanning documents from insurance company websites and attaching documents in agency system.Process incoming communications (mail, email, fax) and assign out as needed.Special projects assigned as needed.Qualifications and Requirements :
