Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met. Your primary duties will include handling policy renewals, processing policy changes, and addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal insurance, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Professional Responsibilities:Handling income service requests from existing clients, and provide exceptional customer serviceReview clients existing accounts for discounts and coverage recommendationsRe-evaluate coverage limits to ensure customer is properly insuredRequote/Remarket clients for all personal lines insurance products as needed and/or requested by the clientSales Agent support, and help other members of your team as neededQualifications and Requirements:

Personal Lines Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Experience - Home, Auto, Umbrella, and other specialty lines.High school diploma or equivalent2044 or 220 Florida Insurance licenseProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to learn new systems quickly, experience with AMS360 a plusStrong organizational skills, including daily prioritizing and logical thinkingAble to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully while expediting issuesAbility to work in deadline-oriented environmentAble to work with others in teamsBilingual Spanish and English beneficial, but not requiredShares ideas for improvementRemote Work Requirements (if applicable) :

Reliable and Stable Internet Connection : Ensure a minimum speed and reliability to support video calls and online work. Pay Range : $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience

A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
