Position Overview : We are seeking a Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist Account Managers with daily tasks related to personal insurance policies. This role involves providing support to clients, processing policy changes, handling inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work Arrangement : This is a full-time position working in our office located at 6700 Main Street, Williamsville, NY.
Professional Responsibilities :Support Account Managers in managing personal insurance accountsReview and process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accuratelyAssist clients with policy-related inquiries and issue resolutionCollaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers as neededMaintain client records and documentation up to dateProvide administrative support to the team as necessaryQualifications and Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in insurance is a plus1- 3 years prior experience in the insurance industry, specifically with personal linesStrong communication and customer service skillsDetail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitaskExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and productsA passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadershipAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clientsAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipAbout Patriot Growth Insurance Services : Founded in 2019, Patriot is a growth-focused national insurance services firm that partners with employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the United States. Pay Range : $35,000 - $45,000 depending on experience
A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
