We are looking for a skilled Sr. Technical Architect to join our Interactive Technologies Team at CCV. In this role, you will play a pivotal technical role, collaborating closely with leaders, developers, and product teams to drive the design and implementation of advanced solutions that support our church's mission and community outreach efforts.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance worship experiences, community engagement, and operational efficiency.Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of digital tools, apps, and technology solutions, ensuring successful integration and customer satisfaction.Research, design, and prototype innovative solutions that address current and future challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and methodologies that can be integrated into church activities and operations.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate into our innovation roadmap.Work closely with the larger technology teams to identify and address infrastructure and performance bottlenecks.Provide support, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing solutions for ongoing performance.Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations in all technology implementations.Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, learning, and continuous improvement.Additional Responsibilities may include:

Provide code feedback to other developers through pull request reviews.Be on an on-call rotation to respond to incidents that impact Rock and CCV's digital platforms availability and provide support for ministry and campus teams.Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in either cloud/datacenter operations, DevOps, or software engineering/development.Strong technical background with expertise in cloud computing, networking, and enterprise software solutions.Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript, Swift), APIs, and software development methodologies.Advanced experience with Microsoft stack web development (e.g. .NET, SQL Server, Azure)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Or equivalent certifications and experience
