We are looking for a
Staff Accountant
responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:Establishing strong accounting processes to improve accuracy and internal control.Leading accounting-related projects, such as accounting for acquisitions or developing valuable new internal reports.Taking charge of the GL, month-end close and reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, financial statement review, and preparation.Serving as a primary point of contact for audits, taxation, and client and owner questions.Forecast revenue and analyze benchmarked financial ratios and profit margins.Year-end tax planning.Corporate planning and formations (mainly flow-through entities).Specific qualifications for the position include :
Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and peers.Working knowledge of federal tax code and GAAP guidelines.Small Business and Personal Tax and Accounting 5+ years REQUIRED.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting REQUIRED.Advanced Excel, MSFT Office, and Teams.Inter-company transaction experience.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
