Provide advanced technical support for Yardi Software, resolving complex issues and ensuring optimal system & end-user performance.Help oversee special projects as they arise including system upgrades, patches, and configurations for Yardi.Modify Yardi Voyager modules by analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs.Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Yardi with other systems and applications.Develop and maintain documentation as needed, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.Conduct training sessions for end-users and support staff on Yardi functionalities & best practices.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and Yardi updates to provide proactive recommendations.Provide technical guidance and development support regarding Yardi Voyager software functionality.What You Will Bring:

At least 2-3-years experience as an IT Support Specialist with a focus on Yardi will be a plus.In-depth knowledge of Yardi Voyager and related modules.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues.A team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for less knowledgeable end-users.
