The Business Applications Manager, Multifamily & Hospitality. will provide technical oversight with planning, implementation, and management of property management systems across multifamily and hospitality portfolios. Reporting to the VP of Systems, the Director of Property Management Systems will be responsible for enhancing user experiences, ensuring efficient system operations, and producing innovative solutions for a variety of complex problems. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the technology ecosystems for the business.

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including property management, operations, and finance to ensure systems align with business needsCollaborate with third-party vendors to evaluate, implement, and optimize property management technologyIdentify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting capabilities to increase operational efficiencyLead the deployment of new property platforms and system upgrades ensuring systems are optimized for compliance, scalability, and data security standardsEvaluate emerging technologies and trends in property technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business capabilities and stay ahead in the marketOversee the performance of the existing technology stack, implementing proactive solutions to address any issues and enhance system reliability and uptimeEstablish and maintain best practices, standards, and policies for the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of property management systemsWhat You Will Bring:
5+ years' experience in property management systems with a focus on multifamily and hospitality sectorsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area of study from accredited institutions an assetA combination of education, certifications, and experience will be consideredAbility to learn quickly, self-start, and work in a high paced environment with little supervisionEnthusiastic personality with great communication skillsProven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentTechnically minded with a strong passion for technologyThrives in a team atmosphere
