Demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. The RN must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
Speare OB Unit can manage High-Risk pregnancy management, including (but not limited to):Preterm LaborHigh blood pressureDiabetesVBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Section)Prenatal testingAmniocentesisChildbirth education classesRequested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work Christmas and New Year Day Block (including weekend before and after , (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved. Thanks!

New Hampshire
