Responsibilities:Demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process.The RN must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.Speare OB Unit can manage High-Risk pregnancy management, including (but not limited to):Preterm LaborHigh blood pressureDiabetesVBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Section)Prenatal testingAmniocentesisChildbirth education classes

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS2 years Current OB/L&D experience - RequiredPost-Partum AND Mother/Baby experience - RequiredNURSERY Experience - RequiredApgar/Routine testing experience - RequiredAWHONN and STABLE - Strongly preferred - Travelers with one or both of these certifications will receive first considerationLactation experience - PreferredBSN - Highly preferredPrevious travel - PreferredProfile Requirements:Work HistorySkills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
