We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to join our team. The Event Planner is responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and contracting clients at one of our many properties, or for use of our off-premise catering services. Job duties include lead management, venue tours, client meetings (planning sessions, tastings, etc), generation of event orders, floor plans and other event related documents, collection of signed event orders and contracts, invoicing and collection of payment, and post-event follow up. In addition to related work-history, an ideal candidate will have strong tech savvy, strong written and verbal communication, the ability to prioritize, to work well with a team, and to manage a fast-paced work environment.
