Organization/DBA Overview
Appalachian Behavioral HealthCare (ABHC), a DBA of Pollen8, provides behavioral health services to women in our treatment facility. We offer an innovative approach to recovery and aim to become leaders in the opportunity for long-term sobriety. Our goal is the reintegration of women in recovery back into society through economic development, agriculture, education, employment training, and basic life skills.
Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor for ABHC oversees all employees who provide direct service to clients and supervises in the capacity of clinical guidance, ethics, and standards. The Clinical Supervisor will ensure all clinical services provided are compliant with Medicaid, OHFLAC, and KEPRO, and that these standards are reflected in Pollen8’s Policies and Procedures. They will review all clinical notes and documentation to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to each client. The Clinical Supervisor will be the primary liaison to the Billing Department to ensure all notes are completed prior to billing. They will oversee the training implementation for clinical staff and supervise PRSS positions as required. They will assist in developing and executing person-centered treatment plans, ensuring clients develop healthy coping skills and address Adverse Childhood Experiences during sessions. They will follow a guideline for treatment as outlined to develop skills related to a 12-step program curriculum. They will complete Bio-Psycho-Social assessments as needed in correlation with the ASAM level of care per client to appropriately diagnose and structure treatment as necessary.
Qualifications:
Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to prepare materials, presentations, handouts, etc.
Strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of Substance Abuse and Addiction-12 step recovery programs.
Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
Ability to accept and utilize supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Office Electronics, and Basic Office Machines.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within 15 miles of the facility.
Must be eligible through WV CARES.
Must pass a drug screen prior to and randomly during employment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Substance Use Disorder Treatment fields or mental health services.
Must have one of the following licenses: LPC, LICSW, Clinical Psychologist.
Must maintain professional insurance.

$50,000 annual wages
40+ hour work week with 1 hour daily lunch
