Job Description

This role coordinates budget activities across multiple organizations including but not limited to labor, mobile devices, hardware, and software. Accountable for tracking up to date status on budget, capital expenses and monthly invoicing. The ideal candidate has project management experience and will serve as IT Business Partner for sector-wide initiatives.

Oversees all aspects of assigned projects, including but not limited to requirement gathering, onboarding, and status reporting.

Focus on continuous improvement through business process analysis.

Tracks and manages usage and cost of sector mobile accounts.

Manages addition, deletion, and approval of sector IT Work Breakdown Structure.

Processes, tracks, and disposes of sector IT capital requests.

Initiates, reviews, and approves procurements. Serves as an advisor to the business and other team members.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Education Requirement:

Bachelors or at least 8 years of experience

Masters or at least 6 years of experience

Successful applicants will be able to work both independently and collaborate with stakeholders at varying levels in the organization. They will demonstrate strong initiative, an ability to organize projects, and demonstrate the following:

Superior communication skills (oral and written) as well as the ability to interact with clients with assorted levels of IT experience.

Superior leadership skills including conflict management, decision making, and time management.

Prior experience working in a matrixed organization.

Committed to results and success in accomplishing goals.

A fast learner with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn technology and understand unique system requirements.

Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Prior experience with IT financial management and forecasting resource requirements.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $124080 - $210980

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
