Intelligence & Security is seeking an AOR Senior Training Coordinator (STC) to support FMV operations. AOR Senior Training Coordinators will lead an AOR's training program and set evaluation standards. Successful candidates must have a proven training record. They must be able to work autonomously and in a team, and be able to learn new standards, procedures, and software quickly. AOR STCs must be able to work holidays, weekends, nights, and be on call if needed outside of standard work hours.Responsibilities

Being the primary POC for all training issues related to an AOR for the AOR Lead and Branch Chiefs.Setting up training plans for the AOR and ensuring they are being fulfilled by training teams.Ensuring all training staff are properly trained and fulfilling the expectations set by the contract and program leadership.Addressing training issues and recommending corrective actions.Setting expectations for Lead TC for individual teams.Creating the AOR STC schedule to ensure full coverage of AOR.Tracking and reporting of Trainee progress throughout OJT.Being a liaison between the OJT process and initial training classes.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

10 total years of Intel-related experience; a relevant Bachelor's degree can count for 4 years, and Master's for an additional 2 years.12 months of experience as an FMV analyst in MACSS-FMV.Have been a Senior Training Coordinator, Assistant/Deputy Training Coordinator or Training Coordinator in MACS-FMV for at least 6 months.Superior knowledge of adult training methodologies.Have GPC-F certification.Must be in good standing with BAE Systems, and not currently undergoing administrative or corrective action for performance-related issues.If currently in a program management role (e.g., TL, TM, AOR Ops Lead), must have held the role for no less than six months to be eligible.If currently in a Silver Team position (e.g., DTO, STC, HLV, SAR, Research), must have held the role for no less than 12 months to be eligible.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Adjudicated polygraph.Advanced technical ability (e.g., HTML5, CSS, PHP/SQL, Python).Integral part of a team.Well versed with internet relay chat.Capable of performing geo-locational mensuration functions, extracting coordinates and positional relationships.Maintain and use Geospatial databases.Very knowledgeable on intelligence organizations, collection, and reporting systems.Proven ability to work independently.Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $92,290 - $156,860. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits
