We are looking for an

Account Executive

to join our team!In this role you will:Prospect for new logos on a consistent basis and explore cross sell/upsell opportunities with current customers to drive profitable revenue while exceeding quota.Successfully convert prospects into customers, retain, and expand our customer base.Be a primary contact and advocate for existing customers within the territory. Act as the primary collaborator with Operations to ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained.Maintain territory ITM revenue base by managing account retention and renewal.Accountable for retention, cross-sell and upsell in assigned PSI customers.Manage customer revenue building activities and sales opportunity pipeline using the PSI Opportunity.Engage deeply to understand customer needs; meet them where they are in the journey.Execute a high-impact, high-velocity, and proactive sales approach supported by a savvy and industry best market development and demand generation strategy.Develop and lead a dynamic, results-oriented, go-to-market strategy in tune with the complexities of growing revenue by identifying, targeting, designing and selling to enterprise level customers and prospects.Lead the effort to accelerate customer acquisition by leveraging PSI’s highly differentiated value-adds through selling to the enterprise level customers and prospects.Develop a measurable, scalable, high-velocity, and proactive sales approach supported by a savvy market development and demand generation strategy.Estimate fire alarm system installations in both retrofit and new construction environments.What should you bring to the team?5+ years of progressive, proven sales experience; recent senior-level sales executive experience is a plus.Demonstrated track record of cultivating target accounts and driving recurring service contract revenue.Demonstrated experience executing sales process best practices with a comprehensive commercial selling skillset.Fire and life safety industry experience is highly desirable.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work of this job and not an exhaustive list of all the responsibilities, duties and skills required.
