The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and institutions that specialize in the area of medical dermatology. The Territory Manager will be required to demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing territory business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives. Responsibilities include coordination and integration with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field-based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to effectively drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography.Required:

Bachelor DegreePharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experienceStrong communication skills and business acumenAbility to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver resultsValid driver’s licensePreferred:

5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience3+ years medical dermatology sales experienceExperience selling products in a complex Market Access environmentExperience promoting high-science productsProduct launch experienceExperience selling in a highly competitive environmentPERSONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:

Reports directly to the Regional Sales ManagerResponsible for understanding and leveraging CRM, sales data, and reportsResponsible for timely call reporting and expense reportingResponsible for managing promotional budgets within their territoryResponsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goalsInteracts at multiple levels inside and outside the company. Tact, diplomacy, and a high level of professionalism are essential.
