Position Summary

The Assistant Director of Recruitment is the primary recruiter for Open Enrollment courses in the Executive Education & Career Accelerator. Reporting to the Associate Director of Executive Education and the Career Accelerator, the Assistant Director meets with potential students, provides needs analysis, and makes appropriate program recommendations to help students achieve their personal and professional goals. Provide sales prospecting and inquiry support through calls, emails, and communication to potential customers and corporate clients.Update and maintain records in CRM by logging activity, uploading documents, and qualifying lead potential.Provide support and guidance to new and current students to help them register for and successfully complete all required courses and content to earn professional education certificates and micro-credentials.Create and manage class schedules and enrollments, working closely with instructors to ensure delivery of high-quality programs that consistently receive high ratings from participants.Coordinate and provide logistical support for on-campus bootcamps, trainings, open houses, and workshops for Open Enrollment programs.Support Accelerator team in the launch and implementation of corporate programming and events, including day-of and on-site events support.Coordinate and provide logistical support for online instructor-led courses, information sessions, open houses, and workshops.Research and stay current on training grant opportunities for individuals and companies. Be well informed on grant opportunities, requirements, and processes. Assist individuals in MA and RI with NetworkRI/MA DLT training grants to fund their enrollment in Accelerator programs.Identify and attend appropriate events, sponsorships, and trade shows to continue to build the brand of Bryant’s Career Accelerator as a leading provider of professional development.Qualifications

This position is best filled by an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and two to three years of marketing or professional sales experience.Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are required to effectively market and manage programs.Ability to successfully manage strategic partnerships, with students, instructors, and key corporate relationships is required.Ability to market programs and retain students.Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.Working knowledge of CRM systems preferred.Should be committed to a culture of diversity, equity, respect and inclusion.This position may require some travel.Certain requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate persons with disabilities.Working Environment
