This Sr. Human Resources Business Partner is an onsite role in Chaska, Minnesota, one of our growing locations in the US. This role reports to the Director, Clinical Chemistry / Immunoassay (CCIA) Business Unit HR (locally) and will have close partnership with the HR team supporting the Global Enabling Functions. This role provides support for Chaska-based Finance, IT, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs organizations. In addition, this role supports our CCIA Systems Engineering organization, providing an opportunity to partner across this function in the US and OUS. You will be a part of the CCIA Human Resources team, working to deliver HR strategy and lead annual processes. Special project work in support of global HR initiatives is also a key job component.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Coach and lead leaders through key people related topics, supporting these leaders in their own skill development in DE&I, Workforce Planning, Engagement, and Talent Management & Development at the site level.

Lead through KPIs, using established tools and creative comparisons of data to change data into actionable information, and then sustained actions.

Collaborate with COE’s in the Employee Relations, Talent Management, HRIS, Recruiting, and DE&I spaces, leveraging their expertise to build and implement people strategies for the client groups.

Maintain and enhance our employment brand in the external marketplace, building our company’s reputation in our local markets through partnerships with schools, DE&I organizations, and local / government employment consortiums.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.

Change management experience, leading businesses through growth and expansion and/or workforce development initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement environment.

A Human Resources background spanning all aspects of the discipline, including employee relations, learning & development, talent management, DE&I, and recruiting.

Strong project management skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience in high-tech, manufacturing, and/or regulated (FDA, DCAA) industries.

Certifications in LEAN or Six Sigma.
