Marketing Manager for a global luxury brandclient located in
Los Angeles, CA . The ideal candidate will come with 3-5+ years of experience. This is a full-time , hybrid ,
direct-hire
opportunity. Compensation for this position is expected to be
$60,000-$90,000 annually depending on experience level and fit.The Marketing Manager will lead a range of marketing initiatives, including performance marketing, external communications, content distribution, and supporting sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing diverse marketing projects, specifically within the luxury travel industry, and demonstrate a strong background in public relations, media relationship building, and KPI management.What You’ll Do:Oversee the efficient execution of the company's marketing initiatives within established timelines.Lead and manage performance marketing strategies to enhance revenue growth and engagement.Coordinate marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, blogs, and PR while adhering to budgetary constraints.Develop and maintain strong media relations, establishing valuable contacts and partnerships within the luxury sector.Establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with key team members, including the Brand Manager, as well as homeowner sales teams, reservations teams, and our luxury network sales team, to integrate and enhance marketing efforts across channels.Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies, thereby maintaining our leadership position in luxury travel.What You’ll Need:Proven experience in managing multiple marketing projects within the luxury travel market.Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and website management.Exceptional skills in public relations and media relationship building.Demonstrated ability to effectively set and manage KPIs.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexibly in a start-up-like environment with a focus on creativity and innovation.Passion for the luxury market and a deep understanding of the luxury consumer mindset.Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple high-priority tasks from various departments.
