Responsibilities
The Operational Support Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day customer support, assisting with QA and regression testing, and supporting operational items. Responsibilities include working directly with customers, documenting incident workflow and resolution, incident queue assignment and escalation. Responsible for Salesforce request fulfillment and tracking and monitoring assigned requests to ensure service standards are met.Electronic Services ManagementQA and Regression TestingOperational SupportProcess ImprovementQualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 Years of related work experienceMinimum 5 Years' experience with customer supportMinimum 3 Years' experience in QA and Regression testingExcellent customer service skillsMulti-level technical skills and analytical abilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skills in the use of diverse software programsPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Oracle applications and platformsKnowledge of Salesforce applications and platformsOverview
