This position will, based on workload, maintain a variety of roles within the Health Information Department for all sites/locations. Responsibilities may include:Monitoring paper charts and ensuring the purge process and MPI is accurate.Providing responses to requests in a timely and efficient manner.Ensuring accuracy of requests to amend records.Providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service.Ensuring the patient and their customers receive health information in a timely manner.Assisting in monitoring the integrity of the medical record through continuous audit, reporting, and analysis of trends.Supporting the Health Information Department as needed.Qualifications

Required Qualifications:Must be able to multi-task effectively1-2 years health information office experienceProven customer service experience and/or trainingPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience with release of patient record informationKnowledgeable in privacy regulationsExperience with Windows, ExcelAssociate's Degree or equivalent experienceOverview
