Thank you for considering Progyny!The Implementation Manager (Health Plans) at Progyny is responsible for executing the implementation of health plan partnerships and managing off-peak projects. This role may also implement other Progyny clients based on scope and capacity. The Implementation Manager leads the end-to-end process and ensures that all parties are aligned, informed, and working towards the same goals. Our ideal candidate is excited by challenges and energized by the prospect of making an impact on a cutting-edge industryWhat you'll do:Complete and update implementation project plans in CRM system, ensuring the overall project remains on track to meet the agreed-upon go-live dateCollaborate with health plans and internal partners to gather product requirements and finalize decisionsManage integrations with health plan partners that support a collaborative partnership and positive client and member experience during implementation and following go liveCoordinate with cross-functional teams to lead and execute implementation activitiesProactively address potential issues and adjust timelines as necessary while communicating status updates and timeline changes to key stakeholdersFacilitate and conduct testing of implemented plans and/or data to ensure functionality and complianceDeliver internal and external resource training and readiness prior to go liveDevelop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively launch new programsCollaborate with the health plan account team on plan year rollovers and renewalsAbout you:Experience working with health plans, third party administrators and strong knowledge of claims processing4+ years of implementation/project management experienceExcel in implementation management, showcasing strong leadership, project oversight, communication skills, and client relationship abilitiesExceptional organizational skills coupled with attention to detailDemonstrate adaptability and flexibility, approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindsetAbout Progyny:Progynyis a transformative fertility, family building and women's health benefits solution, trusted by the nation's leading employers, health plans and benefits purchasers. In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is:

$85,000 - $95,000.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
