We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing and Supportive Services Administrator to work in our Houston corporate office. This role focuses on managing the administrative tasks related to marketing and supportive services for affordable housing communities, with an additional responsibility of coordinating third-party engagement. You will work with local nonprofits and community organizations to ensure residents have access to on-site support services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in marketing communication, and a passion for helping tenants access with vital resources.

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties, including scheduling, record-keeping, and managing communication between property managers, residents, and external partners. Maintain thorough records of services provided and resident participation.Utilize tools such as Canva and Rent Café to design and distribute digital content, including newsletters, flyers, and email campaigns, promoting supportive services and community events to residents.Send out affirmative fair housing marketing letters and flyers to designated groups. Track and document all outreach efforts for compliance with TDHCA requirements.Serve as the point of contact for residents seeking information on supportive services. Assist them in connecting with programs such as financial literacy, healthcare services, and job training.Establish and maintain relationships with local nonprofits, churches, and community organizations. Coordinate with these groups to provide on-site services for residents, ensuring additional support is available when needed.Organize and promote on-site and virtual events such as health fairs, job training sessions, and resident workshops. Coordinate on site staff, third party involvement and ensure these events are well-marketed and attended by residents.Work closely with property managers to ensure they have the resources and support needed to promote services and meet LURA compliance requirements.Ensure compliance with TDHCA and LURA by keeping accurate records of supportive services and reporting to the Director of Marketing. Assist with preparing documentation for audits and compliance reviews.Proactively identify resident needs and engage with third-party service providers to ensure comprehensive on-site support.Requirements

Strong organizational and administrative skills with a passion for helping tenants.Experience using Canva, Rent Café, Asana or similar digital or project management tools for marketing and communication purposes.Ability to engage and build relationships with local organizations, nonprofits, and churches to support tenant services.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with affordable housing and supportive services is a plus but not required.Physical Requirements:

Working Conditions:

This is an in-office position located in Houston, TX, with occasional travel to properties for on-site events and coordination with third-party service providers.
