Position Overview for the Oracle Compensation Consultant - Functional Lead

:Responsible for conducting design sessions, build, test and deploymentAssist with tasks such as: system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training as it relates to Oracle CompensationContribute to the development and cultivation of business and vendor relationships of varying audiences (technical and non-technical)Anticipate client/project needs, develop alternative solutions, and provide support for delivery teams and staff
