Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Foreman to support an expansion project of an existing Mine Water Discharge Treatment Plant in Climax and for an ongoing project in Crested Butte, both in Colorado. The projects consist of extensive earthmoving, grading, excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The projects are scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As a Concrete Foreman at Moltz, you will:

Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects; perform manual work in preparing surfaces for pavingOperate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, graders, and loaders, or supervise equipment operatorsEnsure equipment is operated efficiently, maintained, and repaired as neededEnsure work meets project specifications and quality standardsQualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plusSeveral years of experience in construction with concrete, with a proven track record of leadershipProficiency in operating heavy equipment and knowledge of earthwork techniquesAbility to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods, and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditionsStrong understanding of safety regulations and best practicesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule
