Compensation Coordinator

based in our

Irvine, CA* office

Reporting to the Department Manager of Compensation, this role will provide administrative support to the Compensation Department while upholding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

*This role is full-time, in-office only.

General Responsibilities

Maintain and update various trackers in Excel.Perform data reconciliations to ensure accuracy and data integrity.Research market trends, job postings, and other compensation-related topics.Prepare status reports and provide updates on ongoing projects.Schedule team meetings and prepare the necessary materials.Prepare pay statements and manage related files.Organize and maintain shared folders and files.Process invoices and expense reports.Work Schedule + Benefits

Full-time position, Non-ExemptMonday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pmOffice location: Irvine, CAExcellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans, and Pet InsuranceHourly Pay Range: $29.50 to $32.50The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2+ years of HR experience in an administrative role.Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and basic formulas.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word (mail merge) and PowerPoint.Experienced in using Outlook, Asana, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Strong business writing and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
