As a Client Success Intern, you will be responsible for contributing to team efforts in support of new client onboarding, training, and technical support. In this role, you will:
Gain first-hand experience in professional account managementDevelop deep expertise in our product and provide hands-on technical support throughout clients' journey with our software solutionsCreate magical moments for our clients and their end-users, as you collaboratively provide customer service and account supportBuild meaningful internal and external relationships that allow us to truly understand client challenges, and help create custom solutions to meet their unique needsContribute to account configuration, training, technical troubleshooting and problem-solving, and other projects as assignedParticipate in cross-functional internship programming intended to support professional and personal growth over the course of the summerExperience & Skills Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, graduating Winter 2025 or Spring 2026Previous customer-facing work or internship experience, such as customer service, sales, recruiting, or similar rolesStrong technology skills, able to quickly learn new softwareDemonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities/projects/accounts at onceAn innate desire to help, understand and find solutionsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a knack for staying calm under pressureCan commit to a 12-week onsite summer internship in our Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL offices (Out-of-state students are welcome!)Authorization to work in the United StatesWhy you should work at Paradox:
