We are seeking 2025 Summer Internship Candidates for our Construction Management Internship Program. This is a paid internship that is ideal for college students that have a passion for construction. Building on the success of past and present graduates and interns, Rummel Construction, Inc. views this as a key component to its long-term growth strategy.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As a Field Intern, you will be given immediate challenges, as you work directly in the field with our crews and supervision. You will receive mentoring from key members of the management team. You will learn grade-checking, which will give you the understanding of our cut-and-fill projects, equipment, and departments. Depending on how far along you are in your college courses, you will shadow a Project Engineer/Project Manager, and assist with daily duties, such as quantity tracking, scheduling, and reviewing submittals, purchase orders, and RFI's. It is also possible for you to receive cross-functional assignments available in maintenance, estimating, GPS, and our water distribution departments, contingent on the interest of the individual and business needs.QUALIFICATIONS

Pursuing college degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field

Reliable transportation is required for this internship. Traveling to different projects throughout the Valley is expected.
