Position SummaryThis external client facing position is responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships as well as building new partnerships with the goal of growing business from both existing and new sources. We are looking for a self-motivated, team player with outside sales and client management experience. This position may require up to 80% travel time throughout the region. This position contains target growth incentives.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides client relationship management to key referring physicians, practices and hospital partners.Reaches out proactively to possible new clients to grow key service line areas.Develops and implements post-sales client strategies for client satisfaction, sustained loyalty and account maximization.Maintains market intelligence and identifies market opportunities for laboratory growth.Works with marketing and outreach team to develop, implement and follow up on initiatives and events such as on-site events, mailings, seminars and talks.Partners with P&I team to understanding lab processes and participates in key workgroups representing client interests.Identifies and attends conferences and events as Department sales representatives to grow business.Other duties as assigned.Working ConditionsJob Location/Working Conditions

Salary Range$65,900.00 - $112,700.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
