Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Director, eCommerce Sales for Fanatics Collectibles will be responsible for fostering our 3rd party digital retail Marketplace and growing our eCommerce revenue on our own website (Topps.com) . This role demands a seasoned leader who will work hand-in-hand with our digital, product, tech and marketing teams; lead and manage a team; and deliver against all key performance metrics and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling on 3rd party retail marketplaces and growing revenue on DTC eCommerce platforms. This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

RESPONSIBILITES

3rd Party E-CommerceDevelop and implement a comprehensive 3rd party eCommerce strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targetsIdentify new growth opportunities and innovative approaches to maximize sales across various 3rd party platformsOversee the day-to-day operations of 3rd party eCommerce channels by managing product listings, optimizing price and promotions, and inventory managementDevelop relationships and negotiate commercial terms with new 3rd party platformsEmpower their team to test & learn by measuring program effectiveness, providing insights on how to optimize in futureLead analysis of all programs and establish programs to drive continuous improvementEnsure all 3rd party eCommerce operations comply with relevant regulations, policies, and best practicesBuild, manage, and refine online assortment, price management and product/content story presentationsIdentify and mitigate potential risks related to 3rd party platform operations.Topps.com

Develop and implement a comprehensive Topps.com sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targetsDetermine appropriate product launch strategy (e.g. traditional, pre order, auction) for each release that will drive sales velocity, profitability, and maintains brand integrityLead merchandising strategies to ensure a compelling product assortment, timely updates, and effective promotions that align with collector trends and market demandPartner with performance marketing teams to support revenue and growth objectivesMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating metrics.Implement improvements based on data-driven insightsEXPERIENCE NEEDED

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. MBA preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of eCommerce experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven experience managing online stores on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart or other related 3rd party marketplacesProven track record driving eCommerce sales and marketing strategiesExperience in demand planning, sensing, and pricingExperience with eCommerce tools and platforms (e.g. Seller Central, Jungle Scout, Helium 10)Strong understanding of online merchandising and user experience best practicesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategiesCandidate must have keen business acumen, advanced online customer analytical skillsExceptional leadership and team development skillsStrong curiosity, interest, and intrigue for the trading cards industryBe comfortable in ambiguity/start up/lean ways of working in a dynamic, high-growth environment

The salary range for this position is $173,650- $216,200, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
