Job Responsibilities

Grow and maintain our Walmart.com store to meet targets set for revenue and profitability.

Increase sales, revenue, profitability, and product assortment on Walmart continuously.

Maintain product portfolio on channel including: content, images, and inventory.

New product setup, focusing on data accuracy and channel-specific content optimization.

Troubleshoot technical issues on Walmart.com.

Involvement in overall customer service, order management, and processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and operational excellence.

Analyze channel data; identify opportunities and recommend strategies to improve channel performance.

Build and accurately deliver financial calculations pertaining to channel profitability for various types of decision-making pertaining to marketing and promotions.

Consistently demonstrate attention to detail in analyzing and proactively monitoring brand performance by identifying growth opportunities and driving sales conversion.

Develop product content plans for listings and work on graphics and copy to create high-converting listings.

Proactively forecast healthy inventory coverage and reorder inventory as needed.

Build a strong and effective relationship with our Walmart representative to ensure priority of our products for deals, launches, and other Walmart initiatives.

Train and manage a team of offshore team members by delegating tasks and priorities effectively.

Create, review, and analyze dashboards and scheduled reporting for the channel for maintaining metric goals and decision-making.

Analyze competitive analysis data to identify actionable KPIs to improve sales or profitability.

Build and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly channel health presentations to stakeholders for assigned product portfolios to track storefront performance.

Skills Requirements

MUST HAVE 3+ years personally managing and successfully growing Walmart account(s) showing a history of successful revenue growth.

MUST HAVE experience bringing in revenue and profits on Walmart marketplace with revenue being in the millions.

B.S. in Business or E-commerce, supply chain management is preferred.

MUST HAVE advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong time management skills and project management experience.

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills used to exercise good judgment to determine multiple options and appropriate actions.

Must be extremely organized, analytical, with a strong attention to detail and procedure.

Operates with a can-do attitude while being eager to dive in with a no-task-too-small mentality.

Experience with widely-used project management software like Asana as well as experience with Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Sheets.

Flexibility and adaptability to change as this is a fast-paced environment.

Toy industry experience is preferred.

Assessment: As part of our screening process we will be requesting candidates to complete some skills assessments to better understand their experience and strengths.
