Requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.Responsibilities for this Position:General Dynamics Mission Systems currently has a career opportunity for an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO). As a member of our Information Assurance Security team, youll support the Information System (IS) Risk Management Framework activities from categorizing systems and preparing IS packages, to reviewing vulnerability scans, executing Change Control processes, and supporting upgrades of systems during program execution. The ISSO will maintain the day-to-day security posture and continuous monitoring of Information Systems for programs, and includes security event & information management review and analysis, end user account audits, etc. Are you ready?What you bring to the table:Experience developing System Security Plans (SSP) and all supporting Assessment and Authorization documentation such as Security Assessment Reports, SCTMs and POA&MsExperience with eMASS and Service NOW (SNOW) risk management and compliance automation toolsExperience with various system security assessment/hardening tools - SCAP Compliance Checker, STIG Viewer, ACAS/Nessus, etcTrained and proficient in Assured File Transfer (AFT) proceduresSelf-starter with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervisionDepartment of Defense Secret clearance required at time of hire and Top Secret obtainable within a reasonable time frame based on requirements.

Combined Salary Range:USD $112,829.60 - USD $125,170.40 /Yr.
