Job Description:

As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides marketing strategy and support for all venues and corporate teams. This includes developing strategies, supporting initiatives, and assisting in technical signage and promotional collateral for venues. You will ensure a consistent message in brand advertising, brand presence, and increased engagement.

Responsibilities:

Brand Monitoring:

Responsible for monitoring the brand’s identity in marketing campaigns.

Creative Direction:

Provide creative direction to ensure design fits brand identity with accomplishing marketing objectives.

Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of compelling visual assets including graphic designs, copywriting, photography, and signage that effectively communicate brand messaging, values, and marketing objectives.

Project Management:

Responsible for overseeing multiple projects with similar deadlines both within the team and direct tasks. Ability to identify crucial risks in projects and overcome any obstacles in meeting deadlines.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all creative deliverables, conducting regular property walks and providing constructive feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards, product selection, and quality of output. Partner with corporate teams to ensure information is accurate throughout the company.

Team Management:

Lead team to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Vendor Management:

Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to project requirements and budget constraints.

Partner Management:

Cultivate and manage relationships with key external partners to ensure sponsorships, revenue generation, and new initiatives to engage our on-property audience.

Make decisions and act based on previous experience and judgment, sometimes revising procedures to accommodate unusual situations.

Oversee workload, coordinate projects, and prioritize tasks to make required adjustments as necessary. Resolve complications and project conflicts by conducting thorough research of the situation and the most effective solutions.

Ability to exercise judgment and implement applicable coaching over the performance of team members.

Ability to handle multi-leveled situations requiring an immediate solution through initiative, critical thinking, and good judgment.

Ability to recognize potential risks in a project timeline and handle accordingly.

Participate in team member selection and training based on the level of position.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Advertising.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Project Management.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Leadership Role overseeing a team.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Arts, or Communication.

Additional Information:

Reports to Vice President.

Social Media Manager reports to Director of Marketing.

Director of Marketing oversees all hourly Brand Ambassadors.

This position will require travel.

This position is expected to work irregular hours including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.

Education: Bachelor's (Required).

Experience: Marketing: 3 years (Required), Leadership: 3 years (Required).

Ability to Commute: Tampa, FL (Required).

Ability to Relocate: Tampa, FL: Relocate before starting work (Preferred).

Work Location: In person.
