10 paid holidays per year.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, implement, and maintain a communication content strategy and calendar to communicate with R&M and Demag key stakeholders, end users, and distributors.Maximize usage of business analytic data, interviews, and surveys to make our distributors more successful in pulling business toward R&M.Actively develop and review meaningful content that speaks to our distributor partners and provides them with relevant, tangible reasons to specify R&M and Demag’s products and a consistent brand voice. Coordinate with internal product and technical experts to validate accuracy.Direct and develop creative and graphic pieces for R&M and Demag.Manage creative and content projects with our outside vendors.Review existing websites, configurators, and ecommerce platforms for CX and advocate for improvements.Develop presentations, content, and graphics for distributor conference and tradeshow events.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS:Demonstrated leadership skills.Strong and creative communication skills.Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly.Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously.Strong strategic skills, with an emphasis on measuring returns on investment and sales impacts.EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent required.EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in content development or creative work. Must have well-developed PC skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Previous experience with SAP, Act-On, Google Analytics, Excel, Drupal, and CRM systems is a plus. Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while advancing progress on all.TRAVEL:
