10 paid holidays per year.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Inspectors must be certified to perform compliance inspections and/or preventive maintenance in accordance with Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations.Knowledge of sections 4884, et. seq. of Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations, ANSI and SAE standards related to cranes and derricks is required.Complete the schedule of monthly inspections and preventative maintenance.Understand sold work hours and perform inspections within the allowed hours.Document findings and make corrective recommendations to customers.Consult with customers on repair and safety-related issues.Complete and provide proper electronic documentation for each service.Maintain communication with the service office and Service Supervisor.Coordinate work schedule with Service Supervisor.Maintain all company issued equipment, vehicle and assets.Participate in monthly safety meetings.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.EDUCATION:
Associate’s degree in Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related field preferred.EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five years related experience with cranes or derricks, including two years of crane-related field duties.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Must be able to work off the ground, travel, and work varied overtime as required.Payrate:
