Position Summary

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Director of Communications, PR, and Marketing to drive our brand forward. This is a unique opportunity to shape our communications strategy while being actively involved in every aspect of marketing.

Essential Functions

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive communication and marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Content Creation:

Write and distribute press releases, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing collateral to effectively communicate our message.

SEO & Digital Marketing:

Optimize our website for search engines, manage SEO/SEM efforts, and monitor online presence to drive traffic and increase conversions.

Trade Show Design & Coordination:

Plan and execute trade show participation, including booth design, promotional materials, and on-site representation.

Internal Communications:

Develop and manage internal marketing strategies to enhance employee engagement and align the team with company goals.

Brand Management:

Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications, both internally and externally.

Social Media Management:

Oversee and manage our social media channels, creating content that drives engagement and builds our online community.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver strong ROI.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience in communications and marketing, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.

Strong SEO skills with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.

Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences.

Experience in trade show coordination and event marketing.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, including SEO software, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

Ability to develop and execute both high-level strategies and day-to-day marketing activities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Flexibility to pivot strategies based on market trends and company needs.
