LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Sales Development Manager to join our client’s team in the Dallas metro area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to large consumer brands and agencies, with expertise in identifying opportunities and closing complex deals. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to generate revenue through new business and a strong background in digital ads, media sales, and sponsorships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy.Conduct prospect outreach and cold calls to generate new business leads.Schedule and conduct sales calls and presentations to potential clients.Negotiate deals and manage contract processes to close sales.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of client projects.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in selling to large consumer brands and agencies.Expertise in identifying opportunities and closing complex deals.Proven ability to generate revenue through new business development.Background in digital ad sales, media sales, and sponsorships.Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Salary:
$100,000 - $110,000 with uncapped commissionBenefits:
