Raffles & Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is a leading hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive our digital & performance marketing efforts focused on search, metasearch, paid social, affiliates, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns. Reporting to the global director of performance marketing, the overall scope of the position is to ensure ROI growth, innovation, and deployment of new technology across Fairmont and Raffles globally. This will require working directly with agencies & key partners to enhance the return of campaigns at brand and individual hotel level for Fairmont & Raffles. In addition, the position will be key to ensure implementation of correct orchestration of the performance marketing activities.Define and monitor an online acquisition strategy (SEA, metasearch, programmatic, retargeting, affiliate, Paid social) designed to generate traffic and qualified leads/sales for Fairmont & Raffles hotels & resorts.Manage and optimize acquisition campaigns with our media partners (agencies and media owners) in accordance with market needs & trends.Monitor and analyze budget and performance by brand and by acquisition lever.Monitor the marketplace and competitor digital marketing activity.Design and develop operating models with hotel support and agency to streamline the acquisition activity.Efficiently utilize the CDP capabilities and contribute to the enhancement of the customer lifetime value for both brands.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.Assist the hotel support teams in the rollout of digital tools.Coordinate and assist with new opening hotels campaign setup and optimization.Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Brief, supervise, and challenge key partners.Audit and optimize performance campaigns to identify business opportunities and implement action plans.Implement recommendations and new features in alignment with global objectives, guidelines, and search engine evolution.Implement advanced solutions to drive performance (bidding strategies, exploiting internal/external data, etc.).Ensure alignment with the full-funnel strategy and objectives of the company.Leverage Cross-Search Performance for the brand.Monitor and implement synergies between SEA & SEO.Carry out analysis and drive optimizations to generate incremental revenue & efficiency.Manage the Paid Search & Meta-search budget for the brand.Monitor investments to ensure budget is optimized.Financial consolidation and management of local budget sources & fees.Drive innovation by identifying new trends, products, and tools to test for the brand.Contribute to the transversal projects of the Cross-Search & Meta team to develop the activity, generate incremental revenue.Recommend new technologies to drive usage of advanced technological tools.Strong analytical skills to challenge external stakeholders & develop relevant action plans.Strong relational skills to demonstrate teamwork and partner with cross-functional teams and internal teams.Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of experience in ECommerce, Digital Marketing, and performance.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent understanding of the digital ecosystem, with a deep understanding of ad platforms and activation expertise.Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, full funnel strategies, and best practices.Excellent English, both verbal and written. French is a plus.Excellent organizational skills.Detail-oriented with effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences (internal stakeholders, properties).Data-driven with a strong business sense.Experienced with the different acquisition levers; a strong specific expertise is a plus (SEA, METASEARCH, Affiliate).Expertise in CDP platform usage and exploitation.Strong interest in luxury-focused performance marketing.Experience in leading and managing external partners.Experience in planning, strategy, managing, and activating multichannel campaigns.Additional Information
