We are looking for a marketing leader to be part of a high-performing team, responsible for accelerating growth with a key reseller partner.As the Marketing Lead of a Reseller Customer Team, you will be responsible for the marketing direction to drive sell-through. You will own the marketing multi-year joint business planning with senior level marketers and merchants, identifying mutual business drivers to optimize omni-channel and innovation strategies in line with long-term Bose goals and priorities. You will be responsible for digital strategies across the breadth of marketing channels to achieve business sales targets. Operating at a marketing leadership level within the team, you will also ensure shopper focus and insights are built into commercial plans and processes. Working collaboratively with your customer team colleagues across operations, account management and supply chain, you will drive co-ordinated plans and achieve a shared set of KPIs. You will report into the Global Trade Marketing lead with dotted line reporting into the Reseller Customer Team Lead.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute marketing multi-year joint business planning with resellerUnderstand reseller marketing strategies to find mutually beneficial opportunitiesWork with internal teams to align reseller strategies with Bose strategic imperativesIdentify business drivers that lead to omni-channel and innovation strategiesDefine digital and retail strategies that achieve sell-thru targetsRecommend business and shopper insights as part of commercial plans and processesRecommend and own marketing investment plan to achieve business goalsAchieve marketing KPIs that contribute to business targetsReport on marketing plan effectiveness and provide recommendationsCore CompetenciesThe candidate will be an experienced marketing leader with proven commercial acumen:Adept at negotiating and exercising influence at multiple levelsA strong analytical orientation supported by data and insightsAbility to transfer shopper understanding into effective business plans that deliver resultsBottom-line, results-oriented business person with in-depth understanding of digital marketing, omnichannel landscape and best practicesStrong communication skills, highly collaborative and successful relationship-builder that is comfortable in a matrix and fast-paced agile environmentQualifications6+ years successful digital marketing experience6+ years commercial experience with a proven track record of delivering results20-40% domestic travelBA required (Business, marketing)
